San Diego Transformation Center helps you access safe, structured transitional living through a network of independent, vetted providers — coordinated with your outpatient treatment plan.
At the San Diego Transformation Center, we recognize that stable housing is a crucial part of sustained recovery. While we do not provide transitional living directly, we maintain strong relationships with a network of independent, reputable housing providers. This allows us to help clients access a variety of supportive living environments that meet high standards for care, safety, and service—while also helping to reduce overall costs.
We are committed to full transparency and compliance with all state and federal regulations. Our role is to provide information, support, and arrangement assistance for housing that aligns with your recovery plan—not to offer or induce treatment through housing incentives. Housing is always at the client’s discretion and subject to the independent provider’s terms.
