The San Diego Transformation Center’s Mental Health PHP offers the highest level of outpatient care for individuals facing acute mental health symptoms that disrupt daily life. Our program delivers intensive, structured support—enabling you to receive robust treatment while continuing to live at home and maintain important personal connections.
Program Structure
- Schedule: 5–6 hours per day, 5-6 days per week
- Continuity: You’ll work with the same dedicated treatment team throughout your stay, building trust and promoting true healing

As you progress, your treatment intensity will be adjusted to match your needs, with your care team remaining by your side. Most clients step down from PHP to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), ensuring seamless continuity and support as you transition to less intensive care.
